Lambros Thanos

Lambros Thanos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience management and retail operations. Currently serving as the Regional Customer Experience Manager at INTERSPORT Athletics S.A. since February 2008, Lambros Thanos oversees omnichannel customer experience initiatives, communication across various customer platforms, last mile operations, and eCommerce fulfillment performance. Previous roles include Area Sales Manager and multiple Store Manager positions, alongside early experience as a Sales Representative at Nike from September 2004 to September 2005. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Retail Management from Athens University of Economics and Business (2016-2018) and a degree from the Technological Educational Institute of Kalamata (2005-2010).
