Tracy Scime

Tracy Scime is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in product management and commercialization. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Product Marketing & Commercialization at Interstate Batteries since December 2021, Tracy leads the Product Management team to develop effective go to market strategies and manage the commercialization process for both company and private branded products. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Channel Activation & National Account Marketing at Interstate, where Tracy enhanced brand awareness through strategic promotions and customer engagement initiatives. Prior to that, at Bosch, Tracy held positions from Associate Product Manager to Senior Product Manager, overseeing the product life cycle of thousands of automotive products and driving go to market strategies. Tracy began a career in marketing at Uline as a Marketing Associate, managing product categories and conducting vendor negotiations. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the Wisconsin School of Business.
