Joseph Finkelstein has extensive experience in the legal field. Joseph started their career at Wolf Block in 1976, where they worked as a Partner in the Law Firm until 2007. From 2007 to 2014, they served as a Partner at Blank Rome LLP. In 2014, they joined Interstate Outdoor Advertising as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel.
Joseph Finkelstein attended Rutgers College in New Brunswick, NJ from 1969 to 1973, where they obtained a B.A. degree in History. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Juris Doctor degree at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School from 1973 to 1976, specializing in Law.
