Joseph Purcell

Joe is the Chief Financial Officer for the Michaels Organization. Mr. Purcell maintains lead oversight for Michaels' financial operations. Additionally, Mr. Purcell oversees the structure of funding transactions for Michael's developments and acquisitions, as well as arranges refinancing that ensures the continued preservation and recapitalization of affordable housing.
