Larry Padilla

Larry Padilla is the Regional Vice President of Affordable Development at the Caribbean office. Larry's focus areas include Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. In this role, Mr. Padilla oversees all aspects of development activity, including acquisitions, planning, land-use approvals, and development financing.
