As Executive Vice President of Investment Management at The Michaels Organization, Matt Sullivan has lead responsibility for Michaels' investment management platform across its military, student, affordable, and market-rate portfolios. He oversees the strategic investments of Michaels' existing portfolio including loan conversions, debt refinancing, comparable analyses, potential tax credit resyndication opportunities, military housing development, risk management, asset dispositions, and investor relations.
