Cooper Nidds, CPA, currently serves as the Corporate Development and M&A Manager at Interstate Waste Services, Inc. since October 2024. Prior experience includes a role in Corporate Development at Spectrum Vision Partners from April 2022 to December 2024 and positions at RSM US LLP from January 2018 to April 2022, where Cooper held titles of Senior Associate in M&A Transaction Advisory Services, Senior Tax Associate, and Tax Associate. Earlier experience includes internships at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Everest Reinsurance, as well as a budgeting specialist role at Bucknell Business Leaders. Education includes a BSBA in Accounting from Bucknell University and a high school diploma from Ridgewood High School.
