Juan Rivera is a seasoned professional in maintenance and fleet management with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Maintenance at Interstate Waste Services, Inc. since February 2023, Juan has previously held various managerial and supervisory roles at Republic Services from October 2016 to February 2023, including BU Fleet Manager and Division Fleet Manager. Prior to that, Juan owned Rivera's Repair Shop and worked as a Casing and Laydown Machine Operator at Lewis Casing Crew. Juan's military background includes serving as a Maintenance Officer in the United States Marine Corps for nearly eight years. Educational qualifications encompass a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Tech University and an Associate's degree from Virginia College, enhancing expertise in business management and accounting.
