Kent Heronimus

Kent Heronimus is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and recruitment management. Currently serving as a Program Manager and Recruiting Manager at Interstates since January 2019, Kent leads all recruiting initiatives, collaborates with senior leadership to shape recruitment strategies, and ensures organizational growth. Prior to Interstates, Kent held the position of Human Resources & Field Services Director at Vacutech, overseeing HR functions for a $30 million organization and enhancing employee engagement. Additional roles include Area Human Resources Manager at SavaSeniorCare Administrative Services LLC, Training Specialist at Rapid City Regional Hospital, and various leadership positions in the United States Air Force, where Kent excelled in recruitment and training management. Kent holds a Master of Arts in Education and Public Policy and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management and Human Resources from Ashford University.
