Louise Ozmina, PHR, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Interstates since March 2020, Louise supports approximately 120 team members across the Rocky Mountain and Kansas regional offices, focusing on workforce planning, onboarding, and team member engagement. Prior to this role, Louise worked as a Regional Human Resources Manager at CANarchy Craft Brewery Collective, overseeing HR functions for 230 employees and driving strategic HR initiatives. Additional experience includes serving as an HRIS Analyst at JBS, managing organizational structure and training, and interning at Jackson Healthcare in benefits administration. Louise holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Colorado State University and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Front Range Community College.
