Abraham Akam

Abraham Akam has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Abraham currently holds the position of Senior Software Engineer at Interswitch Group, starting in January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Rock Content as a Senior Software Engineer from January 2021 to December 2021, where they were responsible for migrating legacy ASP.NET Web Forms applications to ASP.NET MVC and maintaining and improving legacy applications.

Before Rock Content, Abraham worked as a Software Engineering Consultant at Transcorp Hotels Plc from January 2020 to September 2020. During this role, they collaborated on the design and development of Aura by Transcorp Hotels, an online platform for booking homes, hotels, and experiences in Nigeria.

In 2019, Abraham held the position of Software Engineer at Africa Prudential Plc from October 2019 to September 2020. Abraham also briefly worked as a Software Engineering Consultant at UBA Group from October 2019 to December 2019.

Prior to these roles, Abraham gained experience as a Software Engineer at Venture Garden Group from April 2018 to July 2019. Abraham also worked as a Network Operations Center Engineer at Huawei Technologies from January 2018 to March 2018.

Early in their career, Abraham worked as a Software Developer at Today's Solutions from December 2015 to October 2017. During this time, they were involved in designing and developing Windows desktop and web applications using C# and .NET framework. Abraham also handled customer complaints and resolved transaction disputes related to the company's payment gateway.

Abraham Akam attended the University of Lagos from 2010 to 2015, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Computer Engineering.
