Ibukun Alade

Lead Service Management; Business Value Realization at Interswitch

Ibukun Alade has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Personal Assistant to the Executive Director at Inspire Africa Limited, where they effectively managed the MD/CEO's calendar and prepared proposals to companies for sponsorship. In 2011, they joined First Bank of Nigeria Limited, initially as a Firstcontact Consultant in the Service Management Department, providing first-level support on all bank products and services. Ibukun then became a Team Lead in the E-business Customer Support team, where they offered support for various digital products, including credit, debit, and prepaid cards. In 2015, Ibukun took on a new role as a Business Intelligence/Performance Management Officer at First Bank of Nigeria Ltd, responsible for reviewing customer journeys and making recommendations for enhancing customer experience. Ibukun later became a Team Lead for Card Product Services, overseeing the delivery of card products and services. From 2020 to 2021, they were part of the Digital Solutions Implementation team, contributing to product conceptualization and delivery. Currently, they are working at Interswitch Group as a Lead in Service Management and Business Value Realization.

Ibukun Alade completed a Data Science for Business Certification at Harvard Business School Online in 2021. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2009, Ibukun attended Babcock University where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Business Administration. In addition to these educational achievements, Ibukun also holds additional certifications in New Manager Foundations from LinkedIn, obtained in March 2022, and Data Science for Business from Harvard Business School Online, obtained in November 2021.
