Kehinde Belo-Osagie

Kehinde Belo-Osagie has work experience with Interswitch Group and Etisalat Nigeria. In their current role at Interswitch Group, they serve as the Team Lead for Customer Onboarding Fulfilment and Partner Management. Prior to this, they worked at Etisalat Nigeria as a Retail Advisor. In this role, they were responsible for profiling and advising new and existing subscribers and SMEs on suitable products/services. They also addressed customer queries and prepared reports on CRM issues, sales trends, and performance.

Kehinde Belo-Osagie received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Economics from Olabisi Onabanjo University, where they studied from 2000 to 2006. They also have an additional certification in Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from GoLeanSixSigma.com, obtained in September 2022. In September 2021, they obtained a certification in Measuring Team Performance from LinkedIn, and in December 2020, they obtained a certification in Retail Sales Management, also from LinkedIn. Additionally, Kehinde obtained a certification on competency-based training for front line staff on personal effectiveness in August 2013 from \ti-skill knowledge management.
