Omoniyi David-Mosaku

Omoniyi David-Mosaku has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Omoniyi is currently working as a Growth and Data Analytics Manager at Interswitch Group since November 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Growth Lead, Treasury Digital Platform at Union Bank of Nigeria from March 2021 to November 2022.

Before joining Union Bank, Omoniyi gained extensive experience in the financial services sector. Omoniyi worked at Investment One Financial Services Limited from August 2018 to March 2021, where they held the positions of Product Management and Marketing (Ziing), Business Development Officer (Mutual Funds), and Business Development Officer (Group Sales & Agency) from January 2017 to August 2018 and January 2014 to December 2016, respectively.

Omoniyi's early career includes a stint as a NYSC member at Aptech Computer Education from February 2012 to October 2012. Additionally, they completed a 23-week internship at Skye Bank Nigeria Plc in 2010, where they gained practical experience in IT support, including networking, software and hardware installation, system configuration, hardware repair/replacement, and ATM monitoring.

Throughout their work experience, Omoniyi has demonstrated a strong focus on growth and data analytics, as well as expertise in product management, marketing, and business development in the financial services industry.

Omoniyi David-Mosaku is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations at the University of East London, starting in 2021 and expected to complete in 2022. Before that, in 2020, they obtained a Product Management Certificate from ProductDive. In 2018, Omoniyi participated in the Google Africa Scholarship program through the Andela Learning Community, focusing on the Front End Course.

In terms of primary education, Omoniyi attended Covenant University from 2006 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering (B.ENG). Additionally, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. These include Power BI Data Modelling with DAX from LinkedIn in April 2023, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from GoLeanSixSigma.com in December 2022, and Certified Product Manager (CPM) from the Association of International Product Marketing and Management (AIPMM) in June 2021.

Furthermore, Omoniyi holds the AIPMM Ambassador certification from AIPMM obtained in August 2020 and the Google Africa Scholarship - Front End Course certification from Andela Learning Community powered by Google acquired in August 2018. Lastly, they have achieved certifications in networking, including Cisco Certified Network Professional - Implementing Cisco IP Routing in February 2011 and Cisco Certified Network Associate in February 2010, both from Cisco.
