Oshiolumhetse Audu

Oshiolumhetse Audu has worked in various roles during their career. Oshiolumhetse started their professional journey at IMS IMMERSION as an Account Executive in January 2016. Later, they were promoted to the role of Brand Account Executive in October 2016 and then to Brand Account Manager in January 2018. Oshiolumhetse worked with the company until August 2019.

In September 2019, Audu joined Interswitch Group as a UX/UI Designer. In this role, they designed various initiatives, including an incident management product for healthcare and features for the Quickteller app. Oshiolumhetse also worked on the design experience for a digital healthcare product. In addition to product design, Audu was involved in design operations, working with the Head of Design and individual team leads to create processes and a design system to improve efficiency, quality control, collaboration, and workflow within the design team.

During their time at Interswitch Group, Audu also took on the responsibility of creating and managing the Interswitch Design Internship program, which included building a learning structure, curriculum, and mentorship plan. Oshiolumhetse also launched initiatives aimed at building a more collaborative and transparent team, such as design review/crit panels, design syncs, and an intern mentorship program.

After leaving Interswitch Group, Audu joined Divercity as a UX Designer in June 2019 and worked with the company until August 2021.

Overall, Audu has accumulated diverse experience in product design, design operations, and team management, with a focus on creating efficient workflows and fostering collaboration within design teams.

Oshiolumhetse Audu holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems (Human-Computer Interaction) from Brunel University London. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Foundations in Design Thinking from IDEO U in June 2022, Designing a Business from IDEO U in February 2022, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) from GoLeanSixSigma.com in November 2019, Digital Product Management: Modern Fundamentals from University of Virginia Darden School of Business in September 2018, and Introduction to User Experience Design from Georgia Institute of Technology in September 2017.
