Raymond Mak-Nwonrin has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Raymond started their career as a Content Developer and News Researcher at JetHieghts in 2014. Raymond then worked as a Quality Service Auditor and Data Analyst at Rhodium and Lambert Consulting from 2015 to 2017.

In 2017, Raymond joined First Bank of Nigeria Ltd. as a Digital Geek, where they were responsible for coordinating Agent Management activities and tracking agent performance. Raymond also coordinated market activations and storms to drive public awareness of the channel.

From 2018 to 2022, Raymond worked at Inlaks as a T24 Technical Officer. Raymond was involved in T24 Core Banking Implementation and migration of financial institutions to T24 banking software. Raymond also supervised team members in ensuring timely backups and provided end-user training. Raymond also served as a Project Coordinator, assisting Microfinance Banks in data cleansing and verification.

Currently, Raymond is working at Interswitch Group as a Core Banking Engineer since May 2022. Their responsibilities include developing individual skills and knowledge in ISW and Core Banking Product Suite, migrating MFBs and OFIs to the ISW BaaS platform, and analyzing client requirements to develop suitable solutions. Raymond also provides technical support and ensures the availability and security of ISW SAAS.

Throughout their work experience, Raymond has demonstrated strong analytical, coordination, and training skills.

Raymond Mak-Nwonrin pursued their Bachelor's degree in Economics from Madonna University Okija from 2007 to 2011.
