Victor Ibanga began their work experience in 2017 as an Estate Surveyor at Anene and Associates. Victor then moved on to Mind Moulders in 2018, where they worked as a Secondary Mathematics and ICT Teacher until 2020. In 2020, they joined the Interswitch Group as a Service Desk Analyst and later transitioned to the role of Customer Success Executive in 2022.

Victor Ibanga pursued their undergraduate education from 2010 to 2015 at the University of Uyo, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Estate Management.
