Brian K. has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Brian currently serves as the Head of Global Recruitment at InterSystems, a software systems vendor. In this role, they lead a team of recruiters across multiple countries and has implemented various recruitment strategies, such as candidate scorecards and interview training.
