Colin Shiner

Colin Shiner serves as a Principal UX Strategist and UX Designer at InterSystems since July 2021, leading UX strategy and design for various data platforms and finance tools. Prior to this role, Colin held multiple positions at Ozmo Futures, including Senior UX Designer and UX Strategist, and was involved in behavioral design and research as a Partner and Director of Research. Colin has also contributed to academia as a Professor of Practice in Design at Universidad Iberoamericana and as a Design Research Instructor at Ironhack. Additional experience includes roles in consulting and service design with organizations such as SIMO Consulting and HOPE International. Colin holds advanced degrees, including a Master of Liberal Arts in Psychology from Harvard University and a Master of Science in Social Policy and Development from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
