Kaitlyn Higgins

Kaitlyn Higgins is an experienced professional with a diverse background in administrative support, marketing, and event production. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at InterSystems since October 2024, Kaitlyn previously held the position of Executive Assistant to the CEO at Cue Ball Capital from February 2022 to September 2024 and worked as a Personal Assistant at InterSystems from March 2019 to February 2022. Earlier experience includes event production at 616 Events, marketing coordination for the New England Patriots, and various roles at Gillette Stadium and Bryant University Fitness Center. Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Bryant University, where studies were completed in 2014.
