Initially founded 30 years ago and previously known as the ROAR Group, InterTalent Rights Group was founded by Chairman Professor Jonathan Shalit OBE and is led by Managing Director Alex Segal. 

Previously ROAR Global, InterTalent acquired leading actors agency Cole Kitchenn Personal Management in 2010 and comedy agency Christian Knowles Productions in 2017. Jonathan partnered with Alistair Goldsmith, who runs Chosen Music, in 2018.
