Rafal Kosmal

Rafal Kosmal is a seasoned maritime professional currently serving as the Nautical Manager at INTERTANKO, where they are also the Secretary of the Nautical Sub-Committee and Offshore Technical Committee. With a Master's degree in Navigation from Gdynia Maritime University and extensive experience in marine operations, vetting, and safety management, Rafal has previously held key positions such as Head of Marine, Vetting and Security at BW LPG and Vetting Lead at Maersk Tankers.
