Kardelen İşlek's work experience includes their current role as a Business Analyst - Customer Analytics and Data Science at Intertech Bilgi İşlem ve Pazarlama Tic. A.Ş. since July 2021. Kardelen also served as an Analyst - Big Data Projects at the same company from June 2022 to July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Analyst - Payments Swift Turkey at Intertech Bilgi İşlem ve Pazarlama Tic. A.Ş. from May 2021 to July 2021. Furthermore, they have upcoming experience as a Project Developer at TÜBİTAK starting from December 2022.

Kardelen İşlek completed their Bachelor's degree in Mathematics Engineering from Yildiz Technical University from 2017 to 2022.
