Nilay Güngör, MBA, PMP, ITIL, PSM-I, has extensive work experience in project management and consulting roles. They are currently serving as a Project Portfolio Manager at Intertech Information Technology and Marketing Inc. Since joining in September 2021, they have been responsible for managing the company's project portfolio.

Prior to this, Nilay worked at Linktera Bilgi Teknolojileri from May 2020 to August 2021 as a Project Manager & Consultant. During this time, they provided project management and consulting services to the company.

From February 2017 to May 2019, Nilay served as a Project, Program & Portfolio Manager at Şişecam. In this role, they managed and oversaw various projects, programs, and portfolios.

Before Şişecam, Nilay worked at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd as a Project Management Office Manager from September 2014 to October 2016. They were responsible for managing the company's project management office and ensuring the successful execution of projects.

From January 2013 to September 2014, Nilay served as the Business Process Architecture and Special Projects Manager at Akbank. Prior to that, they were the Application Development and Project Manager from July 2010 to January 2013, and the Business Development Assistant Manager from June 2008 to July 2010. In these roles, they were involved in various aspects of business process architecture, special projects, application development, and project management.

Earlier in their career, Nilay worked as a Data Analyst at İçişleri Bakanlığı from June 2007 to May 2008, and as a Project Analyst at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Turkey from March 2007 to May 2007.

Throughout their career, Nilay Güngör has gained a diverse range of skills and certifications, including an MBA, PMP (Project Management Professional), ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), and PSM-I (Professional Scrum Master Level I).

Nilay Güngör obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Gazi University from 2001 to 2006. Prior to that, they attended Bornova Anadolu Lisesi (\u0130zmir Koleji) from 1994 to 2001, where they studied Science and Maths. In 2016 to 2017, they pursued a Master's Degree in Executive MBA from Istanbul Technical University.

Nilay also holds additional certifications, including Certified Training Professional from Masters Training International, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from Results Corporate Productivity Solutions, and Software and Database Development from BilgeAdam Teknoloji. Nilay obtained Software and Database Development certification in July 2010, although the specific month of acquisition is unavailable for the other certifications.
