Dave Downie

Dave Downie possesses extensive experience in business development and management in the quality control and testing industry. Currently serving as Global Business Development Manager for Supplier Management at Intertek since February 2021, Dave has previously held significant roles at Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services, including Director of Business Development and Director of Operations, from 1998 to 2020. Earlier in their career, from 1983 to 1998, Dave worked at SGS in various capacities such as Regional Sales Manager, Technical Manager, and Laboratory Manager. Dave earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Moravian University between 1979 and 1983.
