Timothy Wieneke

Timothy Wieneke, Esq., CPCU, AIC, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the insurance and dispute resolution sectors. Currently serving as President of Claims ADR since September 2016, Timothy specializes in alternative dispute resolution for insurance disputes. Additionally, Timothy is the President of EG Adjusters, a boutique independent adjusting firm, and a Senior Consultant at Intertek, focusing on building sciences. With a background as a Building Consultant and Forensic Estimator at Forcon International, Timothy has conducted numerous investigations and provided appraisals for both residential and commercial properties. Notably, Timothy founded New Adjusters, creating a prominent social media group for adjusters, and has held various roles in property claims handling and project management, including at Church Pension Group and Brush Country Claims. Timothy earned a JD from Stetson University College of Law and holds a BA from Evangel University, currently pursuing a Master's degree at Liberty University.
