Aminul Shaikh

Aminul Shaikh is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in network operations and technical support. Currently serving as Team Lead and Network Operations Center Supervisor at interTouch since July 2013, Aminul manages Cisco routers, firewalls, and cloud products, overseeing NOC activities and leading a team for global site operations. Prior experience includes roles as a Network Operations Engineer and Network Support Engineer, where responsibilities involved managing Cisco routers and monitoring WAN connectivity. Aminul started a technical support role at Reliance Communications in May 2012, providing IT helpdesk support to both internal and external users. Aminul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai, completed between 2009 and 2011.
