Joel Passen is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in the SaaS and talent acquisition sectors. As Co-Founder of Sturdy since June 2020, Joel has developed a user-friendly business intelligence platform that enhances revenue and customer experience through AI-driven solutions. Joel founded GTMWorkshop in May 2018, focusing on accelerating growth for AI/ML, Data, and SaaS companies, advising clients including OnFrontiers and HireEZ. Previously, Joel served as Head of Global Revenue at Beamery, overseeing AI-driven talent strategies, and held leadership positions at Paycor and Newton Software, where Joel played a pivotal role in both companies’ acquisitions. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from The Ohio State University.
