Tom Allegretti Jr.

Tom Allegretti Jr. serves as an Advisor at Intertru Inc., a company focused on enhancing interviewing accuracy through AI. Previously, Tom held roles such as Manager of People Experience at Intrinsic, where responsibilities included overseeing People Operations and Recruiting Operations, and Director of People Programs & Talent Operations at Branch, where Tom was instrumental in founding the function and expanding its scope to include DEI initiatives and university recruiting. Earlier experiences include leadership positions at Aurora, Facebook, Lyft, Dropbox, Allstate, Blue Stone International, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, where Tom developed and implemented strategies in talent operations, project management, and human resources, significantly enhancing organizational capabilities and employee engagement. Tom holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from DePaul University.
