Interval International
Alex Gerdts has extensive work experience in customer service and management roles. From 1997 to the present, they have worked at Interval International, starting as an Associate Director in the Vacation Assistance and Customer Service Department. They then progressed to become the Senior Manager of both the Customer Service and Vacation Assistance Departments. In this position, they managed a large team, created campaigns, monitored calls, recruited, created budgets, trained staff, and handled disciplinary actions and terminations. Since 2007, Alex has also been a self-employed ISSA Certified Fitness trainer.
Alex Gerdts earned a high school diploma from Miami Killian Sr Hs in 1995. They also obtained a certification as a Real Estate Sales Associate from the State of Florida.
