Mary Cheddie has a strong and diverse work experience. Mary began their career as the VP of HR at Orvis, where they were responsible for HR, strategic planning, office services, and facilities. In 2005, they joined Interval Leisure Group as SVP of HR, where they played a crucial role in turning around the company and integrating three companies into one. Mary then moved on to PRC, an IAC Company, as SVP of People, recruited by the CEO to continue the turnaround efforts. Mary later became a member of the Board of Directors for SHRM and served on the Board from 2003 to 2008. Mary also served as a member of the Upper Iowa University Board of Trustees starting in 2015. Currently, Mary holds the position of Divisional Director, East at SHRM.
Mary Cheddie earned an MBA from Upper Iowa University.
