Cynthia (Cindy) Bunch

Cynthia (Cindy) Bunch has extensive experience in the publishing industry. Cynthia (Cindy) began their career as a Marketing Department Assistant at Christianity Today in January 1988. In July 1988, they joined InterVarsity Press (IVP) as a Senior Editor and held this position until August 2010. During their time at IVP, Cindy held various roles including Associate Editorial Director for IVP Books and IVP Connect, Editorial Director for IVP Books, and Associate Publisher and Director of Editorial. In December 2021, Cindy was appointed Vice President, IVP Editorial at InterVarsity Press. Their work at both Christianity Today and InterVarsity Press demonstrates their expertise and commitment to the publishing field.

Cynthia (Cindy) Bunch pursued their education in a disciplined and diverse manner. From 1983 to 1987, they attended Wake Forest University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. Their double major consisted of English and Religion. Later, from 2009 to 2011, Cynthia enrolled at North Park Theological Seminary, where they obtained a Certificate in Spiritual Direction.
