Dan Shiau

Dan Shiau, CPTM, is a skilled Learning Solutions Architect and Talent Development Leader with a rich background in training and team building. They served as an Assistant Staff at MIT Lincoln Laboratory from 2001 to 2004, and later excelled at InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA, where they held several leadership roles, including Associate Learning Director and National Training Director, from 2018 to 2020. Dan designed and implemented comprehensive training programs for diverse teams, effectively managing large budgets and leading organizational change initiatives. They earned a B.S.E. in Materials Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master of Divinity from Trinity International University.
