Jody Hereford, MS, BSN, RN, NBC-HWC, serves as an Executive Advisor for Prevention and Rehabilitation at INTERVENT since April 2023. As the Principal of JodyHereford.com from 1992 to January 2024, Jody founded a national consulting and speaking practice dedicated to improving health and care for individuals with chronic illnesses, specializing in health and lifestyle medicine, chronic illness prevention, and health coaching using Motivational Interviewing. Prior roles include Executive Director of the ADAPT Health Coach Training Program at Kresser Institute, Chief Clinical & Coaching Officer at WellnessMate, Inc., and oversight functions at Kaiser Permanente's Care Management Institute. Jody has extensive leadership experience, having presided over the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation and contributed to health system performance initiatives and training programs for healthcare professionals. Academic qualifications include a BSN from the University of Jamestown and an MS in Exercise Physiology/Sports Medicine from the University of South Alabama.
