Jeroen Bastiaan

Jeroen Bastiaan has extensive work experience in various leadership and management roles. Jeroen worked at IMDS as a Program Director from 2011 to 2018, then as a COO from 2018 to 2022, and currently occupies the position of Site Director / COO since 2023. Prior to IMDS, Jeroen worked at Philips Consumer Lifestyle as a Director of Manufacturing from 2008 to 2011. Jeroen also held multiple roles at Cordis Europa NV, a Johnson & Johnson Company, including Operations Manager from 2007 to 2008, Manager Engineering from 2005 to 2007, Project Manager Lean Manufacturing in 2004, Manager Process Excellence & Industrial Engineering from 2002 to 2003, and Lead Engineer Process Engineering, New Product Development from 2000 to 2002. Throughout their career, Jeroen has demonstrated their expertise in improving productivity, achieving efficiency, and implementing Lean Manufacturing concepts.

Jeroen Bastiaan earned a Bachelor's degree in Fijnmechanische Techniek from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht from 1984 to 1988. Jeroen then obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Hanzehogeschool Groningen / Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen from 1988 to 1989. In 1991 to 1992, they pursued a degree in Quality Engineering at Stenden. Finally, they completed their education with a Master's degree in executive MBA from Hanzehogeschool Groningen / Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen from 2005 to 2007.
