Ann Smolders

Ann Smolders has acquired more than 30 years of experience in several financial matters with a specialisation in mergers & acquisitions and the valuation of companies. She started her career in 1989 at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Belgium where she became a member of the board of directors in 2005 and was appointed as partner in 2005. During her career at PwC she exercised several executive positions and acquired a large experience in the real estate sector in Belgium and in an international context. She was for four years responsible for the management of the PwC real estate team and the further development of its activities. Ann Smolders is a visiting lecturer at KU Leuven, a former member of the executive commit- tee of ULI Belgium (2014-2020) and attends the INSEAD training 'International Directors Programme'.
