Erika Lauren Guerrero

Erika Lauren Guerrero has a diverse and impressive work experience in the field of technology and sustainable energy. In 2013, they interned at SpaceX, where they focused on NASA supplier diversity and warp drive development. Following this, they joined Romeo Power Technology in 2017 and played a key role in operationalizing a lithium-ion battery manufacturing environment. Erika managed cross-functional teams and led the development of an engineering design transfer process for new product development projects in the electric propulsion industry. Erika also contributed to UL and industry testing standards and obtained ISO9001 certification. In 2019, Erika founded Electric Goddess, a company dedicated to designing and influencing successful li-ion batteries for various applications. Additionally, they worked as a Joint Venture Program Manager at BorgWarner Inc. and is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Redivivus Inc.
