Liz Graves

Liz Graves is currently the Director of Operations at Interviewing.io, a position they have held for 5 years and 6 months. Prior to that, Liz was with Boulder County in various roles including Department Communications, Licensing Authority, and Chief of Staff activities. Liz has also served 4 years and 1 month on Active Duty with the United States Air Force.

Liz is a highly effective communicator, both internally and externally, and has a knack for managing crisis communications. Liz is also an experienced event planner and coordinator. As someone who has built a licensing program from scratch, Liz knows how to create, maintain, and enforce regulations while reviewing and managing license applications.

Liz’s experience in both the public and private sector has given their a well-rounded skillset that they use to effectively manage the operations at Interviewing.io. Under their leadership, the company has seen continued success in helping companies like Google, Microsoft, Facebook, and many more hire the best performers.

Liz Graves holds a Bachelor of Science from Colorado State University-Global Campus. Her field of study was business management and they completed their degree in 2012.
