Stephen Mounce has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Stephen began their career in 2009 as an Expo at ARAKA, where they worked until 2010. In 2010, Stephen joined the U.S. Army as a Wheeled Vehicle Mechanic, responsible for testing, examining, and repairing vehicles. Stephen also served as a Modern Army Combatives Instructor from 2012 to 2014.

In 2014, Stephen transitioned to the Ellisville Athletic Association as a Grounds Crew member for a year. In 2016, they started working at InterVision Systems, where they held various positions over the years. Stephen began as a Part-time Technical Support Engineer, then progressed to roles including Service Desk Analyst, TSE 2, Associate Engineer, Network/Security Engineer Tier 3, Collaboration Engineer Tier 3, and Senior Communications Engineer.

Stephen's latest position at InterVision Systems is the Lead Engineer for Communications, a role they held from November 2021 to July 2022. Currently, they serve as the Operations Center Manager for Communications, a position they started in July 2022.
