Ananya Dasgupta

Ananya Dasgupta serves as a POSH Trainer and IC Member at Interweave Consulting Pvt Ltd since January 2022, while also providing training services to various corporate entities and educational institutions since September 2021. As a Facilitator with Enfold India, Dasgupta focuses on life skills and personal safety education, aiming to enhance self-awareness and emotional management among students. Additionally, Dasgupta holds the position of Funds Manager for Asia Pacific at Global Fund for Women, working from April 2021 to June 2025. Previous roles include research on labor issues for The Building and Wood Workers' International, monitoring and evaluation projects with various organizations, including Plan_India and Terre des Hommes Netherlands, and a comprehensive educational background culminating in a Master of Laws from the University of Delhi.
