Azeem Mallick

Azeem Mallick is a seasoned healthcare operations leader with extensive experience in strategic operations and partner success. Currently serving as Vice President of Partner Success and Growth Operations at Interwell Health, Azeem oversees strategies and operations across various domains, including account management and client implementation. Previously, Azeem held key roles at Cityblock Health, where responsibilities included driving financial and operational performance, as well as facilitating market expansions. Azeem's experience also includes senior positions at Signify Health, Tufts Health Plan, and Boston Children's Hospital, focusing on program strategy, cost management, and quality and safety initiatives. Azeem holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism with a focus on Public Relations from SUNY New Paltz.
