Michael Karoly

Michael Karoly is an experienced civil engineer and project manager with over 45 years in public infrastructure project management. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Interwest Consulting Group, Michael oversees various local transportation projects, bike/pedestrian trails, and other public agency projects, managing all stages from initial grant applications to project close-out. Previous roles include Supervising Engineer at Coastland | DCCM, Deputy CIP Services Manager and Sr. Project Manager at Willdan, and Senior Civil Engineer at City of Davis, among others, where responsibilities encompassed project design, management, and compliance across multiple agencies. Michael holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Davis, and has a solid foundation in land development design and infrastructure master planning from earlier positions.
