Jen Weathersbee

Jen Weathersbee, CIC, CRM, WCCP, AIC, serves as the Executive Director of Claims & Risk Management Services and Vice President at InterWest Insurance Services since October 2003, with prior roles as Director of Claims and Director of Workers' Compensation Claim Services. Additionally, Jen holds leadership positions with The Council of Insurance Agents & Brokers, including Chair of the Claims & Risk Management Working Group and membership roles in various committees since February 2017. Previous experience includes serving as Claims Supervisor at Cambridge Integrated Services and Sr. Claims Adjuster at Reliance Insurance Company. Jen earned a B.A. in American Studies, Sociology, and Literature from the University of California, Davis, between 1989 and 1993.
