Michelle Goodwin, CIC, CISR, CPSR, has over three decades of experience in the insurance industry. Currently serving as the Director of Commercial Insurance Operations at InterWest Insurance Services since September 2002, Michelle has held various roles, including Senior Manager of the Commercial Service Department and Commercial Lines Supervisor, where responsibilities included managing National Healthcare and Dental accounts. Prior to this, Michelle worked as an Account Manager at Winn & Company Insurance Brokers, Inc. from March 1989 to September 2002.
