Paula Russell

Russell is executive vice president and chief human resources officer. She leads the development and execution of the company’s human resource strategy in support of the overall business and company strategic priorities. Russell joined Owens Corning in 1999 through its finance leadership development program and transitioned to Human Resources early in career to fulfill a variety of roles across the enterprise, including manufacturing, corporate, science and technology, and the Composites business.
