Alessandro Vagnucci

Alessandro Vagnucci is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in private banking and financial services. Currently serving as the Head of Key Clients at Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking since October 2025, Alessandro previously held the position of Private Banking Managing Director & Deputy Head at Mediobanca from December 2017 to October 2025, overseeing a network of over 50 Private Bankers and managing high-net-worth individuals. Prior to that, Alessandro was the Managing Director and Head of Business Development, Marketing, and Sales at Banca Esperia from September 2010 to December 2017, where responsibilities included strategic planning and product development. Alessandro's earlier career includes a significant tenure at The Boston Consulting Group as a Principal in the Financial Services Practice Area and a progression of roles at Accenture, culminating in Senior Manager within the Strategic Consulting Practice. Alessandro holds a Master's degree in Economics and Business Management from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
