Marianna Sbraccia

Marianna Sbraccia is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Vice President of Loan Syndication at Intesa Sanpaolo since June 2023. Prior to this role, Marianna held the position of Vice President in High Yield Origination at Santander UK from May 2021 to May 2023. From March 2014 to April 2021, Marianna worked at Crédit Agricole CIB as an Assistant Director and previously as an Associate, specializing in High Yield Origination within the Leveraged & Telecom Finance Group. Marianna's career began at UniCredit Markets & Investment Banking in Fund Derivatives Structuring and in M&A at Intesa Sanpaolo. Educationally, Marianna earned a Master of Science in Banking and Finance with a focus on Trading and Risk Management from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, in addition to completing a graduate exchange program at the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Management from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
