Silvia Rinaldi

Silvia Rinaldi is an accomplished executive with a robust background in economics and management, holding an Honors Degree from the Università degli Studi di Torino. Currently, Silvia serves as the Executive Director and Head of Group Shareholdings in Area Chief Equity, Legal & M&A Officer at Intesa Sanpaolo, overseeing the management of 131 subsidiaries and a portfolio of minority interests valued at €3 billion. In addition to this role, Silvia is a Board Member at Zest Group and Mooney, and serves as the Chairman of the Board at Apside. Silvia is also a Chartered Accountant and Official Account Auditor, further enhancing expertise in finance and governance, complemented by participation in the INTER ALPHA BANKING PROGRAM at INSEAD.
