Barbara Ferrari began their work experience as a Software Developer at Reply in 1997. Barbara then transitioned to Intesa, a Kyndryl Company, where they held various roles including Project Manager from 1998 to 2019, Business Analyst from 2019 to 2021, Business Analyst Executive from 2021 to 2022, and currently serves as the Head of Business Analyst.
Barbara Ferrari obtained a Laurea in Scienze dell'Informazione from Università degli Studi di Torino, where they attended from 1991 to 1996. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications from Udemy in various subjects such as OKR Goal Setting, Scrum and Agile Methodologies, Storytelling for Public Speaking and Business, Public Speaking, and Effective Communication. These certifications were obtained between 2022 and 2023.
