Yannick Dupuch

Yannick Dupuch has a diverse work experience in various leadership positions. Yannick started their career as an R&D Engineer at Tecmag, Inc. in 1994 and later moved to Alcatel-Lucent, where they held multiple management positions in R&D, Operations, Pre-Sales, and Product Management. Yannick then became the General Manager of the Small Cells Business Unit.

In 2012, Yannick joined two companies that were later acquired by Thales - ERCOM and Crystal - where they served as the CEO. At ERCOM, they led a team of over 200 engineers and developed software solutions in areas such as cryptography, explainable machine learning, graph relations, and blockchain. Similarly, at Crystal, they oversaw a team of 200 engineers and focused on building innovative solutions in areas such as cryptography, machine learning, and 3GPP protocols.

After their tenure at ERCOM and Crystal, Yannick joined Thales directly as the VP CDI - SIX GBU, responsible for cyber consulting and security operation centers. In 2022, they transitioned to the role of VP Cyber Consulting & Security Operation Centers.

Currently, Yannick is the CEO of INTESCIA GROUP, a position they assumed in 2023.

Yannick Dupuch completed their education at emlyon business school in 2002-2003. During this time, they pursued executive education in the field of study. Prior to that, from 1992 to 1995, they attended ENSEIRB-MATMECA where they studied telecom. No specific degree was mentioned for either institution.
